Why should you take care of your skin?
Skin is exposed to dirt every day. This can come from sources outside the body (like dust, air pollution) or inside the body (like sweat, excess sebum and dead skin cells).
Washing your face removes this daily dirt from your pores. avoiding pores clogging with the day’s dirt and oxidising makeup which can lead to acne and blackheads. It’s best to cleanse your face twice a day, in the morning and more thoroughly at night.
However, cleansing can remove protective oils from the skin’s surface and leave the skin feeling tight. After cleansing, using a moisturiser helps comfort the skin and replace protective oils known as lipids.
